Barbell
Build strength, skill, and confidence in the barbell lifts.
Our barbell class is designed for all fitness levels—whether you’ve never touched a barbell or have years of lifting experience. Our coaches guide you through each session, helping you learn, refine, and progress your technique in a supportive environment.
Classes are focused on Olympic lifts and key strength movements including Squats, Deadlifts and Pressing with some accessory work to build a well-rounded foundation.
Each session includes:
- Movement prep and warm-up
- Technical lifting progressions
- Strength or accessory work
With a strong emphasis on quality movement and coaching, Barbell helps improve performance across all other classes while also supporting long-term durability and injury prevention.
Barbell Fundamentals
Barbell Fundamentals will start you on your journey of learning the basics of barbell training in a supportive environment. Focus on technique, movement quality, and building confidence with foundational lifts. Perfect for beginners or anyone wanting to refine their skills. Start strong and build safely.
Circuit
Our Circuit classes are built around Metcon (metabolic conditioning) training. Combining functional, bodyweight, dumbbell and barbell movements in a fun, high-energy environment.
Each session is carefully structured to include:
- A targeted warm-up
- A main Metcon piece designed to challenge you physically.
- Accessory work to isolate muscle groups and improve movement quality.
Classes are programmed so that all fitness levels can train together and achieve the same intended stimulus, with scalable options provided for every movement, where safety is our top priority.
Whether you’re just starting out or looking to push your performance further, our circuit classes deliver an efficient, well-rounded workout to support your fitness goals.
Hyrox
Train for the race, or train for purpose! Expect running, functional strength, and workout stations designed to mirror the HYROX competition format. This class blends endurance, strength, and pacing strategies for anyone wanting to compete or simply train to build aerobic and anaerobic strength. Walk away fitter, stronger, and more prepared for real performance.
Hyrox Beginner
Hyrox Beginner is our starting point into Hyrox-style training. Learn the movements, understand pacing, and build confidence. Expect simplified stations, scalable workouts, and plenty of coaching. Perfect for anyone curious about HYROX or looking to build fitness with structure, but not yet ready to play with the big kids.
MumHIIT
A supportive return-to-exercise class designed for Mums. Focus on core strength, glute activation, and rebuilding confidence. Sessions are paced appropriately with plenty of coaching and support. Move, reconnect, and build strength alongside other Mums.
Mumfit Fundamentals
Move
This is an entry level class for those wanting a more gentle workout, may be new to classes, or are wanting to ease back in. All ages, all levels, no pressure, nothing too technical, but you’ll sweat, promise. All workouts can be scaled up, so this would also be suited to those who have been coming to the gym for a while, but want a little extra support, or to re-set. The focus will be on dialling in on form in the basic functional movements – squat, hinge, push, pull and core activation.
Sweat
A simple, effective, conditioning class.
Sweat is built around cardio, bodyweight, and dumbbell movements, designed to keep you moving continuously through a longer workout—typically 35–45 minutes.
This class focuses purely on the main piece—no warm-up or accessory work—allowing you to get straight into a steady, challenging effort.
Movements are intentionally user-friendly and easily scalable, making this class suitable for all fitness levels, while still delivering the same intended stimulus for everyone.
The goal is simple: keep moving, build endurance, and leave with a serious sweat.
