Breaking Barriers

This is not a fitness class. It is an experience designed to make you feel comfortable, safe and capable in the gym environment. Possibly for some it may be your first time in a gym environment, or the first time in a while! We will warm up together, and then we will cover 4 important movements: squat, hinge, push and pull. The quality and form of our movements matters in this class, intensity doesn’t! Looking forward to meeting you and supporting you to feel comfortable in the gym.

HYROX Beginner

HYROX Beginner is our starting point into HYROX-style training. Learn the movements, understand pacing, and build confidence. Expect simplified stations, scalable workouts, and plenty of coaching. Perfect for anyone curious about HYROX or looking to build fitness with structure, but not yet ready to play with the big kids.

MiniROX
MiniROX is a fun, 30 minute HYROX-style workout designed for pairs. This is a paired, parent, child workout. Parents and children (ages 8+) will team up to tackle short runs and functional workout stations together. Scalable, supportive, and high-energy, this is about moving, laughing, and challenging yourselves side by side. Expect teamwork, encouragement, and a great introduction to movement and race-style training.
Please Note: When you book, you will book for the adult in your parent and child pair only! This registers you as a two for the class. Please note this class can only be attended by children who come with their parents and are 8 years or older.
Intro to Circuit

Intro to Circuit is a welcoming introduction to functional training. Expect simple, scalable movements using bodyweight and light equipment. Designed for beginners, those coming back after time away, those who want a slightly lower intensity workout, or anyone wanting to try Strength Nation. Move, sweat, and build fitness.

Barbell Fundamentals will start you on your journey of learning the basics of barbell training in a supportive environment. Focus on technique, movement quality, and building confidence with foundational lifts. Perfect for beginners or anyone wanting to refine their skills. Start strong and build safely.

Fit for Life is a very gentle, supportive class focused on strength, balance, and mobility. Designed for those with life experience on their side, or anyone wanting a lower-impact approach to fitness. Move at your own pace, increase spatial awareness,  build confidence, independence, and overall wellbeing.

Restorative Riaka Mat Pilates + Nutrition for Stress with Michelle Merideth

Are you feeling stretched thin? Come and move with us. A calm, beginner-friendly mat Pilates session that will awaken your body.  Nutritionist Michelle Merideth will join us to share simple, powerful strategies to help you manage and fuel better under stress. There may even be a wee hot choccy for you to indulge in. Suitable for all levels. Reset, restore, and move better. Please bring your own mat and towel.

Stretch + Sweat

Ultimate restoration for your Friday. Enjoy a 30 min pure stretch class on the reformers with Riaka Reformer Studio, followed by a 30 min sauna session and cold splash if you’re brave.

SN X Zone 2 Runclub from Cafe Trocadeo

This community run focuses on Zone 2 heart rate training to improve aerobic fitness and recovery. Suitable for walkers, joggers, and runners of all levels. Train consistently, build your engine, and enjoy the community. 20 minutes out and 20 minutes back at your own pace. Meet at Cafe Trocadero to start, the best part is the coffee and breakfast afterwards if you choose!

SN Next Gen 15+

SN Next Gen is a dedicated class for teens aged 15–18. Learn strength fundamentals, build confidence in the gym, and support performance across all sports. Fun, structured, and beginner-friendly with plenty of coaching. Develop strong habits early in a positive environment. Parents are welcome to attend.

Riaka Reformer Kaumatua

Reformer pilates is an amazing method to strengthen bone density, muscles and achieve movement. Riaka reformer studio is hosting two kaumatua classes, targeted at those wanting to explore the power of pilates for those over 55 who have a passion for movement.

Circuit

Our Circuit classes are built around Metcon (metabolic conditioning) training. Combining functional, bodyweight, dumbbell and barbell movements in a fun, high-energy environment.

Each session is carefully structured to include:

  • A targeted warm-up
  • A main Metcon piece designed to challenge you physically. 
  • Accessory work to isolate muscle groups and improve movement quality. 

Classes are programmed so that all fitness levels can train together and achieve the same intended stimulus, with scalable options provided for every movement, where safety is our top priority. 

Whether you’re just starting out or looking to push your performance further, our circuit classes deliver an efficient, well-rounded workout to support your fitness goals.

Barbell

Build strength, skill, and confidence in the barbell lifts.

Our barbell class is designed for all fitness levels—whether you’ve never touched a barbell or have years of lifting experience. Our coaches guide you through each session, helping you learn, refine, and progress your technique in a supportive environment.

Classes are focused on Olympic lifts and key strength movements including Squats, Deadlifts and Pressing with some accessory work to build a well-rounded foundation.

Each session includes:

  • Movement prep and warm-up
  • Technical lifting progressions
  • Strength or accessory work

With a strong emphasis on quality movement and coaching, Barbell helps improve performance across all other classes while also supporting long-term durability and injury prevention.

Hyrox

Train for the race, or train for purpose! Expect running, functional strength, and workout stations designed to mirror the HYROX competition format. This class blends endurance, strength, and pacing strategies for anyone wanting to compete or simply train to build aerobic and anaerobic strength. Walk away fitter, stronger, and more prepared for real performance.

MumHIIT

A supportive return-to-exercise class designed for Mums. Focus on core strength, glute activation, and rebuilding confidence. Sessions are paced appropriately with plenty of coaching and support. Move, reconnect, and build strength alongside other Mums.

Sweat

A simple, effective, conditioning class.

Sweat is built around cardio, bodyweight, and dumbbell movements, designed to keep you moving continuously through a longer workout—typically 35–45 minutes.

This class focuses purely on the main piece—no warm-up or accessory work—allowing you to get straight into a steady, challenging effort.

Movements are intentionally user-friendly and easily scalable, making this class suitable for all fitness levels, while still delivering the same intended stimulus for everyone.

The goal is simple: keep moving, build endurance, and leave with a serious sweat.
