Spin
High-intensity cardio workout on stationary bikes. Pumping music, endurance intervals, and sweat guaranteed. Suitable for all levels.

Circuit
Functional training meets HIIT. Rotate through strength and cardio stations using bodyweight, barbells, kettlebells and more.
Stretch
Improve flexibility, mobility and recovery with guided full-body stretching and movement-based poses. A great class to balance your training.


MUMFIT Fundamentals
Postnatal class focused on glute and core activation, pelvic floor support, and rebuilding foundational strength. Safe, slow, supportive.
MUMHIIT
A higher-intensity option for postpartum mums ready to pick up the pace. Fast, fun and sweaty with a strong focus on form and community.


FIT FOR LIFE
A low-impact class for older adults. Gentle movements to improve balance, mobility and overall strength in a safe and social environment.
Pilates
